Squid stuffed
Ingredients
6 medium-sized squids
1 cup Carolina Rice
1 cup grated feta
1 cup goat cheese
80 g. pine nuts
1 medium zucchini
2 tomatoes
1 pepper
2 large white onions
1 bunch of dill
1 ½ cups olive oil
Method
Finely chop all materials and the tentacles of the squids for the filling. Fill the squids, close them with a toothpick and put them in a large frying pan. Then add the remaining filling in the casserole, close the lid and cook over high heat at the beginning and once it boils, reduce the heat and leave for an hour.
